The organization's leader, a former Amazon UK boss, confirmed that nearly eighty separate studies at the center employing hundreds have been terminated, spun out or completed because they do not align with the fresh focus.
Internal Challenges
The institute has faced workplace difficulties since last year as staff protested against changes, culminating in a collection of workers filing a whistleblower complaint to the relevant regulatory body.
